so, its already semi-holidays le XD . it will be the last year thAT we are gonna have enrichment so let's all cherish it! bleahx.
yesterday started off with the Macbeth performance by various classes. before it actuall began, the teachers showed us an animated version of Macbeth. its the one they failed to showed us the last time :X . so yeah, everything was fine, till this part where Hecate (the head witch) came out floating and flying and started rambling on and on incoherently. its like everybody could not catch anything till she suddenly said " Unsex me" and followed by " Come to my woman's breast" -_- the whole cohort started to like whisper? lols. and then when Macduff killed Macbeth, the just have to animate it till MAcbeth's head was stuck onto Macduff's sword. Gross much. think its NC16. hahahahahahahahs.
this year is focused on everything indian so the first day of enrichment, indian students from Yio Chu Kang Secondary and another school ( i don't know >.<) and Global International Indian School came to educate us more on indian cultures. turns out it was quite alright :D the GIIS performed a dance for us. it started off interestingly. but as the dance goes on, i started to drowse :P lols how can i not when the music, its like going on and on and its so cooling in the drama studio????? hehs. __________________________________________________________
today was as jolene said, "a PISSful day" it sucked.
ok not totally but most of it sucked.
we went to little india today for some educational tour and to do the food review for english. IT WAS HORRIBLE. we started walking from Farrer Park mrt station and walked and walked and walked and walked to who the hell knows where under the FUCKING HOT SUN. its like early in the morning and we walked from 9+ to 11. and we got lost and ended up in some back alley where you can see OG Albert and Sim Lim Square / Tower opposite. wtf la i wished i was inside and not out under the bloody freaking sun.
and yeah then came the restaurant review in The Banana Leaf Apolo Restaurant. we ate with our hands...okay... so then we went back to school and waited for 30min to let Su debrief us. and when he finally came back.
su announced that us chinese reps have to go canteen and help prepare for tomorrow's dumplings session. we have to wash tonnes of dunno what leaves and wipe bamboo poles. wtf la. they think we chinese reps jiu must do this kinda stuff mehx. i mean its like they wanna ask do. fine. but can they AT LEAST be politer? they think its within our obligations to help them do this and that. Isn't it better if tomorrow individual classes come and wash the stupid leaves themselves so that they can "have a life experience of the procedure of making dumplings" as quoted from Li *toot*. if we finish preparing everyting, what crap do they get to experience? -_-
