This week was kinda fun, in a way i guess. Watched HSM3 already. And i find it okay la. I know its a musical and everything, but i can say that 80% of the whole movie was SONGS AND DANCING. God, like the whole movie revolves around this "template" : talktalktalk -> then become happy/ emo/ sad/ whatever -> starts singing and dancing -> everything's "fine and dandy" ( lol )
And the whole plot is totally ridiculous to me. (sorry to the HSM fans. :D ) you see, do you think that it is technically possible to start singing in the middle of a basketball tournament? and that suddenly, a girl stands up in the spectators and start singing a duet with the captain of the team? stupid. stupid. stupid. oh, at a point during the movie, some girls actually SCREAMED when Zac Efron did something. zzz
but i must say, Zac Efron looks kinda cute at SOME points in the movie. heh. i like his eye colour :DDDD wait, that doesn't mean im crushing on him or going crazy over some guy who is at God knows where.
Right, so after the movie, we began our practice for the poetry slam competition -_- which, just consist of writing poems and performing them. Boring. Yesterday we (yuenping, linjian, weiting and me ) were having so much fun practicing in the toilet. ahahaha. Weiting somehow tied her pinafore around her waist to make it look as if she had a tail of blue cloth behind her. Just like those girls who danced with the Ryan Evans (i forgotten his real name -_-). Yuenping was puffing out her pinafore and not long after, i began to do the same thing. Except i pinned up my bangs and made it look like some curry puff. only linjian remained...normal.
So its 2 bimbos, 1 er showgirl? and 1 who is unfortunately still sane.
Today was the actual competition. There is only like 10 teams? 4 from stnicks, 2 from the loser RI, 1 from IJTP and some other schools.
Oh god, there is only one word to describe RI : pathetic. walau, one group even brought cue cards up to the stags la! its just a few lines lo, cannot even memorise. Tsk.
There were 3 rounds. First round we came in 3rd. Second round we somehow managed to get 4th so we squeezed into the final round comprising only of 5 team. Aiya, so lose lo. End up became the 5th out of the 5 finalist team. I wan the medal T.T bleah. Of coz Heidi's team won. :D they were fab la. And we lost to IJTP. Hmph. they were 4th. Grr.
OHOH, RI WASN'T IN ANY OF THE 5 FINAL TEAMS. BOOOOOOOOOO.

Bused home with Weiting. And as usual, we went crazy. hehe. You see, we were given this cert of participation which is only wasting paper. So we began translating the cert contents on the bus. Lmaos.
the " National Youth Poetry Slam League" became : “国家青年诗歌打人大赛” lolololol. I had absolutely no idea what is "slam" in chinese. -_-
